I agree with the other 5 star reviews here. For the previous 15 years I thought that I could save money by doing our practice billing in house. I was very wrong. We lost so much money from uncollected claims that it sickens me to think about it. In addition, it was always stressful when a biller would leave. The hiring and training always led to delays, disruptions and more losses. Michelle and her staff made the transition to their system very seamless. Collections are way up!
Excellent and professional service! I used to manage my own billing and had not realized how much money I was loosing until SSB took over and recovered a significant portion of it.
